Hydrolyzed polyacrylamide polymer(HPAM) solution is an essential auxiliary for the oil recovery technology of terpolymer flooding in oilfields. The traditional process uses screw pump to transport, which has many wearing parts and high cost of later maintenance and spare parts. Durrex low shear rotor pump is used to transport and feed the polymer mother liquor, which has fewer wearing parts, and can realize online maintenance, with long service life, high efficiency and energy saving. Oil and sewage lift lobe pumps
The rubber lobe pump has high self-suction force, and the rotor is partially wrapped with special wear-resistant rubber to reduce the friction loss of the rotor caused by some small impurities in the polluted water. The external rubber parts of rotor adopt a detachable modular structure. The bottom of the pump body, the inner diameter and the pump cover are wear-resistant and replaceable hardened liner, which greatly reduces the operation and maintenance cost of the customer. It can be used in self-priming of oil pool, self-priming of sewage, washing self-priming of train irrigation area, self-priming of storage tank and so on. The self-priming conveying effect is better if configuring frequency inverter and pressure sensor.
Sulfonation neutralizing/ neutralization Homogeneous Pumps
In the sulfonation production unit, the acid ester and lye are uniformly mixed in the neutralization system to produce products with different concentrations and viscosities. Most of the neutralization system of sulfonation unit adopt the measures of main bath circulation, cooling and heat transfer. The neutralization pump can simultaneously put the acid ester, alkali, water and other materials into the chamber according to different ratios to achieve on-line homogeneous neutralization, which is more simplified and has higher production efficiency than traditional kettle preparation process, and the product quality after neutralization is significantly improved.
